1. Oristano	Only just missed in driving finish last start at Albany. Won't be far away in the run and 2kg claim should help. Will take a power of beating.
2. American Queen	Narrowly beaten when heavily backed last start at Narrogin when first up and has five placings from eight runs this prep. All wins have come when faced with dry ground. Expect to be right up there.
3. Love Drunk Baby	Won once this prep at Mount Barker three runs back and finished fourth last start at Albany. Draws to do no work. Must respect.
4. Red Orca	Won once this prep at Albany two runs back and ran four lengths back from the winner last start at the track. Returns to shorter trip. Not out of it.
5. Urban Warrior	Faded to finish eight lengths off the winner last start at Albany and won once this prep at the track three runs back. Takes a 3kg claim but still look to others.
6. Main Engine	First-up after 25 week spell and having first start for a new trainer. Won last trial at this track. Needs the breaks.
7. Hot Tonic	Finished six lengths back last start at Albany and won once this prep at the track two runs back. Won't be far away in the run. Hard to get enthused.
8. Al Capitano	Ran eight lengths back from the winner last start at Albany when fresh and has not won in 11 outings to the track before. Ran 10th at the track when last second-up. Looking elsewhere.
