Runner Comments

1. Breaking Loose	Enjoyed a cosy run behind the leaders but only held ground for fifth 7.2L at Terang Mdn-Sw over 1850m Soft 5. Settled worse than midfield and from that point struggled into sixth 3.3L at Warrnambool Mdn-Sw over 2000m.
2. Chromium	On a six day back-up and yet to place in 11 attempts. Up in trip. Forward showing no surprise.
3. Duncan's Junction	Ran eighth last start at Yarra Valley when resuming. Expect to get back early and ran 11th at Echuca in only second-up attempt. Outsider.
4. Nero to Hero	Led the field giving a great sight but ultimately tired badly sixth 8.7L at Horsham Mdn-Sw over 2100m. Settled on the pace and had chance to win but out-gunned for second 0.3L at Burrumbeet Mdn-Sw over 1800m.
5. Out And Dreaming	Unwanted by the market but right up there last start at Werribee and up in trip. Well placed.
6. Equine Philosopher	Has placed in three runs from six this campaign and amongst the placegetters last start running third at Warrnambool. Likely to race on the speed. Rates as one of the key chances.
7. Myers Reward	Finished four lengths off the winner last start at Yarra Valley and has the speed to overcome drawing the widest barrier. Should run fitter for two previous outings. One for the multiples.
8. Allabouther	Has run in six races without placing and is up in journey. Expected to settle off the speed. Prefer others.
9. Amaze'em	Failed to win as a favourite last start at Kyneton but has two placings from six runs this prep. Drawn perfectly but still seems unlikely.
10. Darlene Dream	Short back-up of six days and has had 11 without breaking maiden. Up in trip. Looking to others.
11. Golovanova	Struggled so far this preparation and faded to finish five lengths off the winner last start at Warrnambool. Likely to race on the speed. Hard to get enthused.
12. Riverwood Girl	Has had 10 runs without breaking maiden and up in journey. Wide barrier is a concern. Not the worst.
13. Seduced By Fame	Has had 10 runs without breaking maiden and finished 10th last start at Burrumbeet. Drawn out wide. Cannot entertain.
