1. Beautiful Bee	Can't knock the form with two wins from nine attempts this campaign and takes a 3kg claim. Should race on the speed. A good chance.
2. Aheadofhistime	Narrowly beaten at long odds last start at Ballina on a soft track and goes well on a softer track. Won once this prep at Doomben seven runs back. Rough claims.
3. Kaoru King	Winner of last two at Doomben and Toowoomba. Has won three of five on a softer track. One of the main hopes.
4. Jet A One	Gave nothing else a chance to win last start at Ballina on a soft track and will appreciate the cut in the ground. Has the speed to overcome an unfavourable draw. Can surprise.
5. San Sierra	Has placed in two runs from three this campaign but never in the race last start at Ballina on a soft track. Likely to race on the speed. Prefer others.
