1. Phoenix River	First-up after 24 week break and draws to do no work. Comes back to race at a country level. Should be winning.
2. Oblivion	Finished strongly to end up midfield last start at Coffs Harbour and should run fitter for past attempts. Right in this.
3. Zephyr Cruiser	Eased near turn sht hd win of 10 (4) $5.00 59.0 Saltoree, I Am Sumi 1000m Sunshine Coast Mdn Soft(5) July 18. Raced three wide 2-1/2 len 4th of 9 (7) $16.00 59.5 Sip It Slow 1000m Sunshine Coast (Bm58) Heavy(8) June 3.
4. Reachover	Back from long spell of 42 weeks following gelding. Place.
5. Snide	Got the campaign off to a strong start winning when fresh and finished fourth last start at Coffs Harbour on a soft track. 3kg claim should help. Winning chance.
6. Zouly	Amongst the placegetters last start running second at Coffs Harbour on a soft track and placed in two of three at the track before. Likely to race on the speed. At least a place chance here.
7. Miss Miraculous	Won once this prep at Armidale three runs back and has the speed to overcome a very wide draw. Has won one of three with the sting out of the ground. Not out of it.

9. Star Of Shalaa	Won once this prep at Inverell three runs back and placed at long odds last start at Coffs Harbour. Won't be far away in the run. Not the worst.
10. Queens Do Dream	Back from 33 week spell and has trialled at Grafton. Will come to hand quickly and a winner when last first-up at Grafton but still looking to others.
11. Chrysla	Resumes after a 34 week spell and first race for Erica Giggins. Down in distance. Looking elsewhere.
12. Solskjaer	Returns from seven week let-up. Finished worse than midfield last start at Armidale when resuming and could struggle from the widest barrier. Not here.
