1. Ensign Pulver	Having first run for a new trainer and up in distance. Hard to hold out.
2. Scene to Sin	Finished strongly to end up midfield last start at Esperance Bay and won once this prep at the track two runs back. All wins have come when faced with dry ground. Can get the job done.
3. Starof Bonnie Rose	Back from 32 week spell and has disappointed in all three starts as a favourite. Down in distance. Chance.
4. Whim Creek	Finished fourth last start at Esperance Bay. Won't be far away in the run and placed once this prep at the track. Among the main chances.
5. Melody's Secret	Finished one and a half lengths off the winner last start at Esperance Bay. Up 6kg from last run. Knockout hope.
6. She Knows Best	Placed last start at Esperance Bay and drawn perfectly. Should run fitter for two previous outings. Place only.
7. God's Blue Skye	Let-up for five weeks and a winner at first outing this prep. Chris Nicoll has had success aboard previously. Strong hope.
8. Serket	Ran 13th last start at Esperance Bay when fresh but Lisa Staples has had success aboard previously. Ran first at the track when last second-up. Prefer to watch go around.
9. Recondition	First-up after 64 week spell and coming to a new trainer. Fitter for multiple trial runs. Unlikely.
10. Neurologic	Faded to finish three lengths off the winner last start at Esperance Bay and won once this prep at the track two runs back. Carrying less weight. Place chance.
11. Arabian's Girl	Beaten easily last start at Esperance Bay and returns to shorter trip. Won once this prep at Kalgoorlie eight runs back. Cannot entertain.
