1. Honour Of Clare	Ran nine lengths back from the winner last start at Geelong and has two placings from five runs this prep. Draws to do no work. Not the worst.
2. Irish Pardon	Placed last start at Stony Creek and should run fitter for past attempts. Likely to race on the speed. Hard to hold out.
3. Kenya Lion	Back from let-up. Never in the race last start at Geelong when resuming and concern is the wide barrier. Cannot entertain.
4. Lean Thy Arms	Has placed in two runs from four this campaign and only just missed last start, finishing half a length back from the winner at Horsham. Likely to race on the speed. Serious player.
5. Pommetier	Unplaced in career and finished fifth last start at Mornington. Place.
6. Praise the Power	Has had 33 runs without breaking maiden and conditions a real condern. Seems unlikely.
7. Redabout	Has run in 18 races without placing and has not handled softer tracks well. Large claim helps but still look to others.
8. Stephen's Green	A 16 start maiden and is unplaced in eight attempts with the sting out of the ground. Likely to race off the speed. Seems unlikely.

11. Dreambound	Finished two lengths off the winner last start at Warrnambool. Likely to settle back in the field. Big chance.
12. Peace Process	Ran on strong to finish on the winner's heels last start at Warrnambool and has two placings from four runs this prep. Expected to be a contender.
13. Breaking Loose	Stalked the speed, under the whip to make ground struggling into fifth 7.2L at Terang Mdn-Sw over 1850m Soft 5. Was midfield in the running and got past a couple late when sixth 3.3L at Warrnambool Mdn-Sw over 2000m.
