1. Cicilo	Won once this prep at Coleraine six runs back and finished ninth last start at Inverell. Widest barrier is a concern. Appears tested.
2. Ah Well	Placed in first start this prep and ran four lengths back from the winner last start at Inverell. Up in journey. Commands respect.
3. Southern Cloud	On a seven day back-up. Faded to finish seven lengths off the winner last start at Muswellbrook on a heavy track and won once this prep at Gunnedah two runs back. Major contender.
4. Wazena	Won once this prep at Moree two runs back and down in distance. Has not won in three outings to Gunnedah before. Not out of it.
5. Wishfilly	Having first start for a new trainer and is yet to salute in four runs this prep. Unplaced in 11 attempts on a good track. Not in this.
6. Belbaroo	Yet to break out of maiden grade after 15 attempts and ran six lengths back from the winner last start at Inverell. No favours from the good track. Not out of it.
7. Don Salvatore	Slowly away. Tightened for room 17-1/4 len last of 7 (7) $101.00 59.0 Escape Artist 1100m Hawkesbury Mdn Good(4) Nov 19. 14-3/4 len 5th of 7 (6) $21.00 55.0 Barellan Bandit 1600m Quirindi Mdn Plate Good(4) Dec 26.
8. Terry Tuffnut	A 19 start maiden and finished eight lengths off the winner last start at Forbes. Returns to shorter trip. Not in this.
9. Thundozer	Yet to break out of maiden grade after 10 attempts. Unwanted by the market but right up there last start at Inverell. Has plenty of weight. This looks too strong.
10. Miss Kojiki	Won once this prep at Taree two runs back and ran seven lengths back from the winner last start at Scone on a heavy track. Should race on the speed. Commands serious thought.
11. Feeling Groovy	Has run in 13 races without placing and finished four lengths off the winner last start at Gilgandra. Likely to race off the speed. This looks too strong.
12. Intense Passion	Finished in the middle of the pack last start at Gilgandra on a soft track and drawn perfectly. Goes down in weight. Among the main chances.
13. Winter Moon	Faded to finish seventh last start at Orange and this campaign's form has left a lot to be desired. Goes down in weight. Needs the breaks.
