1. Li'l Rodge	Can't knock the form with two wins from nine attempts this campaign but faded to finish five lengths off the winner last start at Doomben. Won't be far away in the run. Commands respect.
2. Bernie's Tiger	Finished five lengths back last start at Doomben but has two placings from nine runs this prep. Goes up in weight. Hard to have.
3. The Hand	Winner at Gold Coast and placed twice this prep but unsighted last start at Doomben on a soft track. Draws to do no work. Ideally suited.
4. Brook Hill	Winner at Wyong and placed three times this prep. Rates well in these conditons. Won't be far away in the run. Should fight out the finish.

6. Stuck With You	Winner at Ipswich and placed once this prep. Takes a 3kg claim. Goes well on a softer track. Not the worst.
7. Miss Silky	Finished sixth last start at Sunshine Coast. Should race on the speed and should run fitter for past attempts. Outside hope.
8. Incorruptibility	Did nothing to threaten last start at Doomben but drops 1kg from last run. Likely to race off the speed. Genuine contender.
9. Wantok	Began awkwardly 5-1/4 len last of 10 (6) $101.00 55.5 Kateru 1100m Gold Coast Hcp (C2) Good(3) Dec 2. Raced three wide 7-1/4 len 7th of 11 (9) $13.00 58.5 Redenzo Gal 1400m Beaudesert Hcp (C1) Good(4) Dec 28.
10. Certain Doubt	Has struggled in all three runs so far this campaign and faded to finish eighth last start at Sunshine Coast. Carrying less weight but still look to others.
11. Willy Be Lucky	Finished fourth last start at Doomben on a soft track and won once this prep at Beaudesert two runs back. Has not won at Ipswich previously. One for wider exotics.
12. Unresolved	Only able to place as favourite last start at Warwick and won once this prep at Roma three runs back. Up in trip. This looks too strong.
