1. Suburbia	Last start winner at Wodonga and all four wins have come in the dry. Should be near the speed in a race without much early pace. Strong hope.
2. Taco Tiger	Finished midfield last start at Wodonga when resuming and won at Swan Hill in only second-up attempt. Drawn perfectly. Well placed.
3. High Hopes	Faded to finish eight lengths off the winner last start at Bendigo when first up and up 4kg from last run. Likely to race on the speed in a race with minimal pressure expected. Not in this.
4. Storm's Colours	Placed last start at Bendigo and should run fitter for past attempts. One of the main hopes.
5. Gun Bolt	Finished midfield last start at Yarra Valley and two from four wins have been in the dry. Returns to shorter trip. Among the chances.
6. Ferrocerium	Finished midfield last start at Bendigo and two from three wins have been in the dry. Each-way claims.
7. Filbert Way	Finished midfield last start at Woolamai and no wins in three past runs at Kilmore. Big decrease in weight from last start but hard to have.
8. Lady Cellarbration	Finished at the rear last start at Kilmore and up in distance. Won once this prep at Geelong seven runs back. Appears safely held.
