Runner Comments

1. Shimbashi	Finished eighth at only start at Newcastle on a heavy track. Not the worst.
2. Far Too Hot	Finished strongly to end up midfield last start at Canterbury and takes a 3kg claim. Should run fitter for two previous outings. Place hope.
3. Pinball	First start and has been trialling well in build-up to this prep. 3kg claim should help. Market as guide.
4. Falsetto	Faded to finish fourth last start at Warwick Farm on a soft track when fresh but drawn the rails. Generally races near the speed. Strong hope.
5. Flag Of Honour	Kris Lees debutant and fitter for multiple trial runs. Watch betting.
6. Mad Darcey	First-up after 21 week spell and first race for David Pfieffer. Placed in both trials. Well placed.
7. Agnodice	Ran five lengths back from the winner last start at Canterbury and should run fitter for past attempts. Hard to go past.
8. Controlocracy	Poor recovery 17-3/4 len 6th of 7 (4) $9.50 52.5 Owen County 1400m Randwick 2yo Hcp Heavy(9) May 28. Crowded at start. Checked near 600m. Held up several times 3-1/4 len 9th of 13 (8) $12.00 56.0 Tashi 1100m Randwick-Kensington 2yo F Mdn Good(4) June 15.
9. Limpida	Yet to break out of maiden grade after 14 attempts and finished midfield last start at Wyong. Has not won at Newcastle previously. Appears safely held.
10. Obelius	Unsighted last start at Newcastle but has two placings from five runs this prep. Has not won in nine outings to the track before. Not in this.
