1. Lancaster Sound	Returns from six week let-up and trial win in the 47 days since last race adds confidence. Racing back from metro track. Confident will go close.
2. Lohn Ranger	Let-up. Just missed when heavily backed last start at Strathalbyn and has two placings from three runs this prep. Winning chance.
3. Verita	Ran 10th last start at Naracoorte on a soft track when first up but won at Colac in only second-up attempt. Won't be far away in the run. This looks too strong.
4. Captainzwayze	Back from let-up and needs a few starts to get warm. Down in weight but still not in this.
5. Fergie	Chased well to just miss last start at Nhill and all three wins have come in the dry. Should race on the speed. Place.
6. Centre Scoota	Finished fifth last start at Oakbank when resuming but racing back from the city. Generally strong second-up. Each-way claims.
7. Envyem	Unplaced in all six runs this prep and finished three lengths off the winner last start at Bordertown. Goes down in weight but not in this.
8. Creative Vision	Unwanted by the market but right up there last start at Naracoorte on a soft track when first up and all wins have come when faced with dry ground. Should race on the speed. Commands respect.
