1. Improvised	Only just missed last start, finishing a nose back from the winner at Newmarket when resuming. Has plenty of early speed and a likely leader. Won at Ripon in only second-up attempt. Can get the job done.
2. Mid Winster	Finished fourth last start at Beverley when resuming. Capable of racing on speed and won once this prep at Doncaster six runs back. Hard to beat.
3. Al Simmo	First-up after 35 week break. Has genuine early speed and C Lee has had success aboard previously. Must be considered.
4. Selby's Pride	Has won at Ripon and placed four times this campaign. Looks the leader and goes up in distance for the first time. Not the worst.
5. Sandbeck	Successful at 5f and 6f on good to firm and good ground. A winner at 11-4 at Nottingham over 5f (good) on her latest outing last month, beating Crush And Run by a head.
6. True Jem	A winner at 6f on the all-weather. Third of 6 behind Roseberry Topping beaten 1 3/4l at 5-2jt-fav on her latest outing at Wolverhampton over 6f last month.
