4. Commodus	Finished four lengths off the winner last start at Sandown when first up and ran 10th at Flemington when last second-up. Faces a rise in trip. Cannot entertain.
5. Knife's Edge	Won once this prep at Cranbourne three runs back. Ran one and a half lengths back from the winner last start at Pakenham Park. Likely to settle back in the field. Looking elsewhere.
6. Laybuy	Finished in the middle of the pack last start at Sandown and placed when fresh. Up in journey. Needs the breaks.
