Runner Comments

1. Sasayuri	Led throughout for a dominant win last start at Wangaratta and three wins from 10 attempts this campaign. Drawn ideally. Needs the breaks.
2. Sham I Am	Won at big odds last start at Moonee Valley and has the speed to overcome a very wide draw. Can't knock the form with two wins from nine attempts this campaign. Capable of getting into the money.
3. Lowanna Magic	Positioned fifth and came with a well timed run but found one better 0.8L at Bendigo. Very impressive victory when coming from the tail 1.5L at Warrnambool. This race maps perfectly for him to run over the top of them late.
4. Rossman	Drifted back, made good ground late solid effort 4.7L at The Valley E&G Bm64 over 1200m. Tracked into the race well from a forward position but was no match sixth 2.4L at Mornington Bm70 over 1200m.
5. Torched	Resumes from a long 40 week spell. Will come to hand quickly and a winner when last first-up at Kilmore. Has the speed to overcome a very wide draw. Chance.
6. Delusions	Came on to finish just behind midfield last start at Caulfield but large claim helps. All three wins have come in the dry but still cannot entertain.
7. Milord	Sat behind the leaders and appeared to have every chance 15L at Pakenham Bm64 over 1200m. Beaten early once placed under pressure to make ground 6.1L at Mornington Bm70 over 1200m. Warrants respect with second-up stats.
8. Thunder Pace	Finished half a length back from the leader last start at Mornington. Should race on the speed. Looking elsewhere.
9. Zaidin	Ran five lengths back from the winner last start at Mornington when first up and up in distance. Rates highly with Jamie Mott aboard. Right in this.
10. Johnny Whitesox	First-up after 23 week break and 3kg claim should help. Goes down in weight. Place.
11. Kurnell	Never headed once found the lead and shot clear for a dominant win 3.5L at Traralgon Bm64 over 1100m Soft 5. Set sail for home in front but was overhauled quickly for fifth 1.8L at Sale Bm64 over 1210m Heavy 8.
12. Jay Gatsby	Back after 18 week break and has won or placed in all races to date. Placed at Wangaratta on debut. Genuine claims.
13. Real Gun	Has won or placed in all races to date. Likely to race on the speed. Hard to go past.
14. Sangria Miss	First-up after 32 week spell and first race at metro class. Likely to race on the speed. Not here.
15. Ping Ping	Nicely positioned but just edged out late into second 0.2L at Moe Bm58 over 1200m. Went forward in transit and kicked clear late to win 0.4L at Mornington Bm58 over 1200m.
16. Sir Mask	Faded to finish 10 lengths off the winner last start at Mornington. Should race on the speed and this campaign's form has left a lot to be desired. Looking to others.
