Runner Comments

1. Into Rio	Finished six lengths back last start at Flemington and up in trip. Struggled so far this preparation. Looking elsewhere.
2. Paddy Mac	Narrowly beaten as a favourite last start at Geelong on a soft track and up in journey. Should race on the speed. Ideally suited.
3. Snoano	Yet to break out of maiden grade after 29 attempts and ran sixth last start at Penshurst. Without a win in six runs at Moonee Valley. Place.
4. Unrealistic	Was able to place at long odds last start at Flemington and five of six wins have come from dry ground. Commands respect.
5. Muleta	Won once this prep at Cranbourne four runs back and finished strongly to end up midfield last start at Flemington. All two wins have come in the dry. A good chance.
6. Dance Date	Finished in the middle of the pack last start at Sandown and first try at this distance. Placed in first start this prep. Commands respect.
7. Kenzee River	Faded to finish a length off the winner last start at Geelong and won once this prep at Geelong two runs back. Dean Holland a bonus but still look to others.
8. Lucente	Amongst the placegetters last start running third at Mornington and large claim helps. Has not won in five outings to Moonee Valley before. Not in this.
9. Set Us Free	Resumes from a 25 week spell and will come to hand quickly. Goes down in weight. Not the worst.
10. Vinaceous	Showed best work late for fifth but the race was well and truly decided 4.4L at Geelong Bm58 over 1400m. Went forward and looked a winning chance before fading late fifth 1.1L at Stony Creek Bm58 over 1700m. Performs well at this track/distance.
11. Cowboy	No match for rivals and never progressed into the race from midfield 11L at Wangaratta 0 - 58 over 1170m. One-paced to the line and always well back 5.2L at Echuca Bm58 over 1600m.
12. Written Advice	Coming off a win at Kerang and rates highly with Dean Yendall retaining the ride. Up in distance. Sneaky chance.
