Runner Comments

1. Our Destrier	Winner of last two at Corowa and goes up in distance for the first time. Looking to others.
2. Outlandos	Finished strongly to end up midfield last start at Sandown and comes back to race at a country level. All wins have come when faced with dry ground. Tough to beat.
3. Single Crown	Last start winner at Yarra Valley and Craig Newitt has had success aboard previously. Goes down in weight. Commands serious thought.
4. Don't Make Me Wait	Finished a length back from the leader last start at Stawell and a big drop in weight. Won once this prep at Tatura five runs back. Forward showing no surprise.
5. Queen Guinevere	Finished eight lengths back last start at Caulfield but racing back from metro track. three from four wins have been in the dry. Place hope.
6. Axecapital	Did nothing to threaten last start at Yarra Valley and won once this prep at Echuca two runs back. Drops in weight but still hard to get enthused.
7. Grade Zero	Coming off a win to break maiden at Wangaratta and has won at the track before. Rates highly with Daniel Stackhouse retaining the ride. Genuine contender.
8. Lord Goldberg	Ran fifth last start at Mornington but has the speed to overcome drawing the widest barrier. Returns to shorter trip. Looking to others.

10. The Brightside	Only just missed last start, finishing a neck back from the winner at Benalla on a soft track and drops 3kg from last run. Expect to be right up there.
11. Wynsome Maid	Ran eight lengths back from the winner last start at Sale and could struggle from a wide barrier draw. Won once this prep at Benalla five runs back. This looks too strong.
12. Miss Mask	Let-up. Last start winner to break maiden at Traralgon on a soft track and down in weight. Place hope.
13. Bedouin King	Has placed in two runs from four this campaign and amongst the placegetters last start running second at Benalla on a soft track. Concern is the wide barrier. Needs the breaks.
