8. Grandma Gail	First-up after 13 week break and generally strong first-up placing at Morphettville last attempt. Down in distance. One for wider exotics.
9. Rose Tycoon	Hasn't run a bad race and gets the blinkers on for the first time. Barend Vorster has a strike rate of 25% for this trainer. Big chance.

12. Samesyn	Faded to finish ninth last start at Morphettville Parks. Won't be far away in the run and has not won at Murray Bdge previously. Not here.
13. Fields Of Athenry	Ran one and a half lengths back from the winner last start at Balaklava. Should run fitter for past attempts. Awkwardly drawn. Looking elsewhere.
14. Miss Elegance	Back from 19 week spell and returns to shorter trip. Has the speed to overcome an unfavourable draw but appears tested.
15. Smart Charge	Placed when unwanted in the betting last start at Morphettville Parks on a soft track but without a win in three runs at Murray Bdge. Cannot entertain.
16. Sweet Distraction	Finished two lengths off the winner last start at Murray Bdge on a soft track and no wins in five past runs at the track. Should race on the speed. Seems unlikely.
