2. Electric	First run for a new trainer. Not the worst.
3. Panagsama	Short back-up of seven days and won once this prep at Pakenham Synthetic three runs back. Awkwardly drawn. Chance.
4. Coaxial	Last start winner to break maiden at Pakenham Synthetic. Won't be far away in the run and should run fitter for past attempts. Should fight out the finish.
5. Eclipse Solar	On a seven day back-up. Finished strongly to end up midfield last start at Pakenham Synthetic and has two placings from eight runs this prep. Right in this.

8. Riverdance Lad	Finished four lengths off the winner last start at Pakenham Synthetic and won once this prep at the track three runs back. Likely to race on the speed. Not keen.
9. Sodbuster	Placed in first start this prep and finished midfield last start at Ballarat Synthetic. Up in distance. Should go well.
10. Squamanzer	Finished worse than midfield last start at Ballarat Synthetic and gets the blinkers back on. Has not won at Pakenham Synthetic previously. Not in this.
11. Tywina	Did nothing to threaten last start at Pakenham Synthetic and won once this prep at the track three runs back. Likely to settle back in the field. Hard to have.
12. Rye Dee Oh	Back after 29 week break and coming to a new trainer. Needs a few starts to get warm. Looking to others.
13. Lucifer's Reward	Short back-up of seven days and is yet to salute in nine runs this prep. Drawn ideally but still looks tested.
