1. Relucent	Short back-up of seven days. Came on to finish midfield last start at Eagle Farm and has two placings from three runs this prep. Ideally suited.
2. Zadig	Back from let-up. Gave nothing else a chance to win last start at Randwick on a soft track and in strong form with two wins from nine attempts this campaign. Solid claims.
3. Life Well Lived	Has three wins from eight attempts this campaign and coming off a win at Dubbo. Likes the cut in the ground. Hard to hold out.
4. Sir Diamond	First-up after 24 week spell and Scone trial winner. Returns to shorter trip. Looking to others.
5. Sea Of Flames	Last start win at Coonabarabran took streak to three in a row but first try in town. Cannot entertain.
6. Blessed Award	In the money last start running third at Narrandera and likes the cut in the ground. Takes a 3kg claim. Not out of it.
7. Alloway	Won once this prep at Wyong two runs back and placed last start at Hawkesbury. Returns to shorter trip. Place chance.
8. Lawyer's Delight	Let-up for seven weeks and first time racing in the city. Likes the cut in the ground but seems unlikely.
9. Lord Desanimaux	On a seven day back-up and up in distance. Drawn out wide but still is hard to hold out.
10. Mirror Queen	Looking for a hatrick after winning two in a row at Gunnedah and Tamworth. Placed at trial since last race 33 days ago. A good chance.
11. Kadashi	Led all the way to win last start at Tamworth but first try in town. Has the speed to overcome a very wide draw. Not out of it.
12. Bill Peyto	Finished midfield last start at Tamworth and first race in the city. Faces a rise in trip. Not here.
13. Socrates	Resumes after spell of 25 weeks and fitter for Hawkesbury trial. Could need a few starts to get going. Hard to get enthused.
14. Sumdeel	Won once this prep at Albury nine runs back and could struggle from a wide barrier draw. Faces a rise in trip. Place hope.
