1. Bad Boy Bobby	Won once this prep at Mount Gambier two runs back and faded to finish sixth last start at Caulfield. Goes well on a softer track but look to others.
2. Grade Zero	Let-up and gets the blinkers on for the first time. Has got off to a poor start this campaign but should improve with fitness. Needs the breaks.
3. Kazoom	Struggled so far this preparation and finished 12th last start at Echuca. Can surprise.
4. Raffish	Last start winner to break maiden at Geelong on a heavy track when fresh and Harry Coffey has had success aboard previously. Hard to beat.
5. Rocky Raccoon	Faded to finish sixth last start at Bendigo on a soft track. Likely to race on the speed. Unlikely.
6. Elas Jet	Only just missed last start, finishing half a length back from the winner at Wodonga on a soft track and gets the blinkers on for the first time. Has placed in four runs from eight this campaign. Should fight out the finish.
7. Absconded	Finished in the middle of the pack last start at Warracknabeal and just the one placing this campaign at Ballarat Synthetic. Can surprise.
8. Bruno Stars	Unplaced in all five runs this prep and finished sixth last start at Murtoa on a heavy track. Expected to settle off the speed. Not in this.
9. Couldbefamous	On a six day back-up. Finished three lengths off the winner last start at Gundagai on a heavy track. Won't be far away in the run. Seems unlikely.
