1. Indictment	Finished three quarters of a length back from the leader last start at Cairns when resuming. Leading hope.
2. Captivated	Let-up. Last start winner at Laura (q) and won two of eight as a favourite. Capable of getting into the money.
3. Red Peroni	Amongst the placegetters first two attempts this prep and only just missed in driving finish last start at Townsville on a soft track. Genuine contender.
4. Zounate	Faded to finish seven lengths off the winner last start at Townsville on a heavy track and down in distance. Without a win in four runs at the track but still expected to be a contender.
5. Nicco Roll	Let-up and having first run for a new trainer. Likes a softer track. Forward showing no surprise.
6. Bonython	Chased well to just miss last start at Cairns on a soft track. Lacey Morrison and Sharlee Hoffman are a proven combination. Lacey Morrison a bonus. Should go well.
7. Divine Wit	Unwanted by the market but right up there last start at Mackay and Ryan Wiggins has had success aboard previously. Commands serious thought.
8. Gumnuts	Faded from front position to finish just off the winner last start at Emerald on a heavy track and has two placings from seven runs this prep. Awkwardly drawn. Not keen.
9. Murungal	Chased well to just miss last start at Home Hill when resuming and up in journey. Look to others.
10. Miss Seattle	Won once this prep at Warwick nine runs back and has gone well on a softer track. Has not won at Townsville previously. Not in this.

19. Viking Clap	Has struggled in all three runs so far this campaign and has not won at Townsville previously. Drawn ideally but still not here.
